How do I access the Parent Portal?
To log in to your Parent Portal account, click here.
The URL is 
lakechamplainwaldorfschool.bigsis.com/portal. You will then be prompted for your login credentials.

How do I view the school directory?
Log in to the Parent Portal and navigate to the Parents tab. On the left sidebar, click on “School Directory.” You can filter the directory by class, role, faculty/staff, and more by clicking the orange filter button.

How do I edit Emergency Contacts for my child(ren)?
Login to the Parent Portal and navigate to the Parents tab. The page will open under the Children tab by default, and you should see your child(ren)’s name(s). Click the blue ‘View’ button to the right of the name. Click ‘Other Contacts’ and add, edit, or remove the contacts you wish.

How do I edit Health Conditions or Medical Information for my child(ren)?
Please contact the front office administrator to make these changes via email or over the phone.

How do I find Back-to-School Forms or other requests for information?
Log in to the Parent Portal and navigate to the Online Forms tab. You will see requests for information in this table. Click the blue ‘Fill out Form’ button. You may be prompted to ‘claim’ the form, which means that you will be responsible for completing and submitting it, another parent or guardian will not be able to unless you share the same account. If you exit BigSIS before completing the form, you can navigate back to where you left off by clicking ‘View Progress’ next to the form.

How do I update my tuition payment information?
Log in to the Parent Portal and navigate to the Financial tab. To view billing information from a prior year, click the ‘Prior Year Tuition’ button. To view the current year, click the second button with the current year’s tuition. An orange button will appear that says ‘New My Account Portal.’ This will redirect you to a new window where you can view your saved payment methods and make any changes necessary. How do I update my personal information (phone number, email address, home address, etc.)?
Log in to the Parent Portal and navigate to the My Account tab. Edit the existing information by clicking the pencil icon, or delete it by clicking the trash can icon. Be sure to click the green ‘Save and Back’ button at the top of the page before exiting.

How do I view my child(ren)’s progress reports?
Log in to the Parent Portal and navigate to the Parents tab. From the left sidebar, select ‘Student Progress.’ All of your student’s past and current reports will appear for you to download, in order of newest to oldest.

How do I sign my annual contract?
Log in to the Parent Portal and navigate to the Admissions tab. Scroll down until you see your child(ren)’s name(s) and the rising academic school year. Click on the blue ‘Download Agreement’ button. Click on the green button that appears and follow the prompts to sign electronically and submit.
