The high school students have been making snowshoes with Woodworking Teacher Rob Palmer as the community engagement component of their Winter Main Lesson. On Tuesday, the third grade class had a special celebration, complete with arts, learning the Chinese characters for the Year of the Tiger, delicious longevity noodles cooked and enjoyed outside, and a presentation about how the New Year is celebrated.
