Twelfth grade students Bevin Dean, Mackenzie Martin, and Wren Van Deusen presented their Senior Projects to a live audience in the Great Hall at the Upper School. The senior year independent project tradition is not unique to our school, but the way our students are guided in meticulous planning of their chosen topics and immersive engagement in their Senior Projects results in a profound shared experience of meaning between the students and their audience. Over the course of their culminating year, the students pour their passion, curiosity, and energy into these guided explorations and then share them with the community as gifts of inspiration and wonder.
We welcome you to view the recordings of their presentations:
Bevin Dean: What makes a good director?
Mackenzie Martin, What makes something art?
Wren Van Deusen: What is it like to transform an experience of written media through visual aids?
Congratulations, Bevin, Mackenzie, and Wren, on your accomplishments!
